Olympics Days – Events Centre

Yr 6’s Tuesday July 31^st  

Yr 7 and 8’s Wed 1^st August

Hi all,

Lakes Leisure are running two “Olympics” days for the local primary schools at the Events Centre next week. The sports will be the same ones they participated in on Fridays last term. They will be taking a bus to the Events centre for the day they are involved in.

Your child’s class has been given a country to represent for the day and they are encouraged to dress in their countries colours. They are having a parade to start the day followed by the sports.

There is no cost for the event but children will need a packed lunch, drink bottle and clothes and footwear  they can be active in.

There are 12 of our year 5 kids helping out Kingsview to make a team. Their country is France.

They will be leaving school and 9.15am and travelling by bus to the Events Centre. They will be back by 3.00pm

It should be lots of fun and a great experience.
